Anya is a speciality variety. Scottish bred, and is a cross between the varieties Desiree and Pink Fir Apple, the modern version of the 'old fashioned' salad potato. It has a distinctive nutty taste and is great for salads. Anya has a pale pink skin with white flesh.
Potatoes are sold loose.
