Gladioli papilio 'Ruby'

Gladiolus papilio 'Ruby' is a particularly beautiful, understated gladiolus, bearing elegant, crimson flowers. Plants gradually develop clumps. For best results grow in well-drained soil in full sun. Water well during the growing season and stake plants before the flower spike emerges. Hardier than other varieties, there should be no need to lift corms in autumn, however a thick mulch of straw or organic material will protect the corms from the harshest frosts.Height 75cm
